Postnatal Yoga: Baby + Me
“Baby+Me Yoga is an easy going class made for new parents/caregivers and their infant (pre-crawling). We give our best effort to do a yoga sequence that addresses postpartum concerns & areas of tension while also incorporating opportunities to connect with your little one, such as infant massage, stretching and songs. Mostly this class is meant to be a relaxed space to be able to get out of your house, reground, move, and find empathy with your community.
Pre/Postnatal Yoga: Brain Break (Vin/Yin for the Mother Load)
“A class for when you didn’t really want to come…but somehow you did. This class meets you where you are with a gentle mix of movement and stillness. We’ll start with a rejuvenating flow (Vin) to shake off the week and reset, and end with longer, restorative holds (Yin) to help you finally exhale. Showing up is the hard part and you deserve to take a load off (even if just for an hour).”
