“Baby+Me Yoga is an easy going class made for new parents/caregivers and their infant (pre-crawling). We give our best effort to do a yoga sequence that addresses postpartum concerns & areas of tension while also incorporating opportunities to connect with your little one, such as infant massage, stretching and songs. Mostly this class is meant to be a relaxed space to be able to get out of your house, reground, move, and find empathy with your community.
About Postnatal ⤵ It goes without saying (but we’ll say it anyway) classes are always made to be safe & accessible for all types of births, postpartum concerns, and levels of experience. Participants must be cleared by a medical professional for exercise. We recommend waiting at least 6 weeks post pregnancy prior to starting any physical activity program.
Nonbirthing parents and caregivers welcome at any Postnatal class. One sign up is good for you (parent/caregiver) and one infant (pre-crawling). Pre-crawling infants are welcome to join you at any (yes, ANY) class.”
