“Open to all trimesters, Prenatal Yoga focuses on alleviating common pregnancy discomforts, prepping for labor & delivery, and creating community with other expecting people. You can expect to practice breathing exercises, meditations, and a yoga sequence specifically designed to address the many changes of pregnancy, prepare the body & mind for birth, and connect you to your baby and community.
