Open to anyone – no yoga or meditation experience needed. This offering is adaptable to your needs, allowing you to choose the meditation position that feels most comfortable for you!
What to bring: yoga mats are not required, but you have the option to use your mat as a cushion if you want to lie down. Consider bringing a sweatshirt if you get cold easily. And additional props are available at the studio as needed.
