4. Class Registration & Payment

  • Class fees are due at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are listed per couple (birthing person and one support partner).

  • If you cannot attend a scheduled class, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Access to digital materials may be revoked for non-payment or policy violations.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling by Nurturing Butterfly Births

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any class, appointment, or session in the event of:

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • A birth we are required to attend

  • A personal or family emergency

If this occurs:

  • You will receive notice as soon as possible.

  • You will be offered a rescheduled date, or if rescheduling is not possible, a refund or credit will be provided.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds are not guaranteed once classes or digital materials have begun or been accessed.

  • Missed classes are not refundable, though make-ups may be offered when possible.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, use content only for personal use, and not distribute copyrighted materials.
