Your birth plan should be completed for review with your doctor at your 36-week appointment. This will be discussed in our second meeting at 28 weeks.
This helps me to better understand your individual needs and provide the most informed and supportive care during your pregnancy, labor, and postpartum period.
You can use this to keep notes on your appointments. If you think of any questions for your doctor or me, jot them down for future use!

It’s recommended to have your hospital bag mostly packed and ready to go by 34 weeks!

Postpartum
Enforcing boundaries can be difficult to do without sounding rude. Here is a short, clear, and respectful
list of rules for you to share. You likely have many family and friends who want to visit your baby. You should consider what boundaries you and your partner want to set before the baby arrives. Set specific dates and times for visits. Decide when you feel it’s safe to start having visitors and how many visitors would be reasonable.
