For June, we will focus on perinatal anxiety. Anxiety during and after pregnancy is extremely common. There are so many unknowns, worries, and fears we have as mothers. Let’s discuss what our journeys have been like. Connecting with others helps immensely. Feel free to bring your baby, partner, or a snack to our meeting!
